    The Radiant Heat Burner System® must be packaged in the original packaging along with all original packaging materials, manual, etc., and must be in reasonably clean condition with no abnormal wear, tear, scratches or abuse. All out bound shipping and merchant fees will be deducted from the purchase price. Any parts returned damaged will also be deducted from the purchase price. Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. Items not in original packaging cannot be returned. The Radiant Heat Burner System® must be shipped back to us within 30 days of your receipt of the product. The Radiant Heat Burner System® is very reliable, however, if you are experiencing any problems upon purchase, please contact us. Your full manufacturer warranty will apply.     Elegant Embers Gas Logs®
    All Elegant Embers Gas Logs® must be packaged in the original packaging along with all original packaging materials, manual, etc., and must be in reasonably clean condition with no abnormal wear, tear, scratches or abuse. Our Fireplace Doors are made of the highest quality offered on the market. The glass comes with a lifetime warranty and a 5 year warranty on the other materials and workmanship.
