Technical Information

ALL RADIANT HEAT BURNER SYSTEMS™ MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL CODES. SOME STATES REQUIRE A LICENSED PLUMBER, LICENSED GAS FITTER, OR IN SOME LOCALITIES A QUALIFIED SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO INSTALL GAS LOG SYSTEMS. CHECK YOUR LOCAL CODES AND LAWS BEFORE INSTALLITION.

For safety purposes all Radiant Heat Burner Systems™ must be installed in a "Class A", fully-vented, solid-fuel burning fireplace constructed of noncombustible materials. Our gas logs systems are for natural gas and liquid propane residential and commercial fireplaces.

Because of the Radiant Heat Burner Systems™ high BTU rating, your fireplace chimney must have a minimum flue dimension of at least 8 inches.

Your Radiant Heat Burner System™ will last a lifetime, but periodic maintenance is recommended. You have a LIFETIME WARRANTY with our gas logs systems, as part of our continuing commitment to our customers. GO Sales Inc. is committed to customer service and exceeding customer expectations. We are available to answer any questions you may have regarding our products and to provide technical assistance.

Sizing Note: If you install a safety pilot light kit with your gas logs (required on units with propane gas) you must add 12" to the total width of gas logs. Example: Our 18 inch logs will require a minimum width of 30". 24" logs will require a minimum width of 36". The pilot light adds 6" to the width and you must allow an additional 6" of space on the opposite side of the logs for centering in your fireplace. If you have questions call us a 1-877-663-7454.
