Radiant Heat Burner™
All Radiant Heat Burner™ come with a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. If the burner or grate ever needs to be replaced and you purchased through ElegantEmbers.com just call us so we can expedite a replacement.

Gas Logs
All Elegant Embers™ Gas Logs come with a manufacturer limited lifetime warranty against any manufactured defect or breakage when installed indoors to the original purchaser. Outdoor applications carry a one (1) year limited warrantry.

Pilot Lights
Our pilot light kits come with a 90 day warranty to the original purchaser. This covers parts and outbound shipping. Any defects parts need to be returned with prepaid shipping in its original packaging.

Fireplace Doors
Mr. Flame fireplace glass doors come with a 1 year warranty on the glass and a five (5) year warranty on the other materials and workmanship.

Mr. Flame is known for their high quality fireplace doors, great warranties and most importantly, they stand behind what they sell. We can help facilitate any warranty issues.
